Omak is located 50 miles from the Canadian border. Situated in

the beautiful Okanogan Valley, Omak is the gateway to the  natural

beauty and  recreational opportunities of the surrounding Cascade

Mountains.

Omak School District is committed to success for all students and

provides a wide range of high quality instructional programs and

extended learning opportunities for all its students. The District

serves an average enrollment of 1,500 students in two elementary

schools (P-5), one middle school (6-8), one high school (9-12) and

one alternative high school (9-12). Omak School District also offers

on-line education for students, Kindergarten through 12th grade, via

Washington Virtual Academy - Omak.
