Restrictions:
Your catapult must meet the following constraints:
Only one catapult per group
It can not measure more than 1 meter in height at its heighest point
There can not be any welding
All pieces of the catapult must be attached
The catapult must be self propelled
The catapult must be sitting on the ground when launching
