Don't worry that it seems slow loading. Once it gets to 10% the video starts. It will be still loading in the background but you can start to watch. The videos have a Table Of Contents on the left you can use. However, you can't skip ahead to a point until the video loads to that point.

 

The best way to utilize these videos is to watch them and follow along in another window. You can pause, skip ahead, etc... while you are doing the same thing I'm doing. For example, you can view the Word 2010 video tutorial and also have Word 2010 open as well. You can pause the tutorial, accomplish something in Word, then re-start the video from where you left off. Enjoy!!
