Omak Middle School Buckskins

Eligibility packets are also available at the MS Office, HS Athletic Office, or on the Omak School District website.  
 
Free Physicals will be provided at Mid Valley Medical Group on Aug 6 & 7, 1:30-5:30 pm (first come/first served), parents must accompany students.  The Family Health Center in Okanogan provides free physicals Mon-Fri from 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Please call to make an appointment 422-5700.  The Wenatchee Valley Clinic – Omak  will provide physicals Tuesday, July 31, 5:00-7:00 pm.  Those students without insurance or underinsured are encouraged to attend first come/first served.  Parents must accompany students to sign the release forms or parents can prearrange to sign the required forms.

Football – Wednesday, August 22, Forms due Friday, August 17

Cross Country and Volleyball -- Monday, August 27, Forms due Thursday, August 23 

First Practice for MS Winter Sports:

MS Boys Basketball – Monday, October 22, Forms due Thursday, October 18

Wrestling and Girls Basketball Wednesday, January 2, Forms due Monday, December 17 

First Practice for MS Spring Sports:
