student in the class will write an Analysis Paper.
The
following is an outline of the topics which need to be addressed.
Introduction
Paragraph: Catch your readers attention and tell them what you are
going to tell them.
Planning:

ideas for your catapult
Construction:
- Describe
the process you used to construct your catapult
- How
the work was shared among group members
- How
you used your class time
- How
you worked outside of class
Prediction:
- What
was your prediction before you began construction
- How
did you come up with your prediction
- How
did your prediction change as you worked on the catapult
Testing:
- How
did you test your catapult
- How
much testing did you do
- Did
you make any changes after testing your catapult
- Why
did you make those changes
Launch/Graph:
- What
measurements did you take
- What
formulas did you use and how they were used
- What
are your calculations (Work)
- What
does the path of your projectile look like (Graph)
Analysis:
- If
you were to do this project again, what would you do differently
- Should
this project be done again
Connections:
- Where
can the lessons learned in this project apply to your life or the
world around you
Conclusion
Paragraph: Tell your reader again what you just told them.
