High School Principal – Instructional leader for a 1A high school, serving a diverse population.  Evaluate and support a staff of 35 certified teachers, and 15 classified staff members.  Responsibilities include building a master schedule designed to meet the needs of student interest, manage a building budget, and fostering a culture of learning where students, parents, community and staff take responsibility for continuous and annual improvement of student learning.

Alternative High School Principal – Registered, enrolled and evaluated staff and students in the Alternative High School program.  The principal is responsible for the budget; discipline and operation for ensuing high levels of student learning are achieved in an alternative setting.  Under the Alternative High School, the district also hosts two online educational programs (The American Academy and Washington Virtual Academy – Omak).

Career and Technical Education Administrator – Evaluate and support CTE staff members, manage a detailed budget with special and specific funding issues, while encouraging students to be ready for post secondary education and the world of work upon graduation.  North Central Area President – 2011-2012

High School and Middle School Assistant Principal – Participated in all administrative duties at Omak Middle and High School to include, but not limited to enforcing the Omak School District discipline matrix, chair of the high school handbook committee, sit as a member of the interview committee, evaluation of 20-25 classified and certified employees and conduct staff training on topics ranging from student improvement to school safety.

District Athletic/Activities Director – Direct supervisor of 33 coaches in 50+ roles, responsible for interview, employing, supervision and evaluation of all coaches, representative to the state (WIAA), district (District VI), league (CTL) and community (Omak School Board) for all athletic events, scheduling for 17 high school and 8 middle school sport teams, supervision of all home sporting events, scheduling for all district facilities for use by district and out side of district use, and manager of the general athletic budget ($30,000).

Link Crew Coordinator – Select student Link Leaders, coordinate the incoming freshman into Link Crews, train support staff, continue student training, and support the freshman adjustment into a High School.  Link Crew is a nationally recognized transition program.  Moses Lake = 100 Link Leaders, 500+ freshman, Omak = 40 Link Leaders, 130 freshman

Associated Student Body Co-Director – In partnership with a fellow colleague, we were responsible for the student leadership for a 4A high school with 1800+ students.  This position helps students with legal ASB actions and advises students in managing a budget of over one million dollars.
