bulletMarch 26th is the last day for makeup work.

Tuesday

bulletPrepare for solar ovens and rolling can project
bulletone person in group should bring in a box for the solar oven, and the other person should bring in a coffee can for the rolling can
bulletFinish your summary on sunscreens and skin cancer. we will be testing sunscreens after the rolling can is complete.

 

Wednesday

bulletbe sure you have this done:

Collecting the Sun pp 299-301

bulletheading in notebook
bulletIQ:  Can you raise the temperature of 250 ml of water more than anyone else in class, using only the sun for heat?
bulletmake prediction w/ reason
bulletEach team must bring in a cardboard box,

READ thru the investigation

after we chat about it a bit, you will:
start building your oven, teams of two

Remember to turn in any makeup work by Wednesday, March 26th. No makeup work will be accepted after that date.

bulletThose that are done, may begin testing and revising them.
bulletBegin building a self propelled rolling can.

Silent reading Friday, or silently work on solar ovens or rolling can project.
