get step 2 & 4 of procedure done

hint: for procedure #2, here's a sample plan

	we will take the temp before starting and record for Time 0 in data table
	take temp every 10 secs and record
	place beaker in cold water if warmer than 15^o
	take out of cold water if cooler than or = 15^o
	who keeps time?, who reads thermometer & holds beaker?

Tuesday

NOW.------look over lab, be sure you have already done this::
