Let's finish the periodic table
  1. as I take roll:
    1. get heading on paper
    2. define: element (chemistry or physics definition)
HINT:  USE the dictionary in  your computer
      (
click START, then it is above the line)
  2. with your computer partner you will:
    1. pick an element  TELL ME WHICH ONE, then
    2. using PowerPoint (ppt) make a single slide giving the:
      1. symbol  (centered,  200 font Times New Roman)
      2. atomic number   (upper left corner,  96 font Times New Roman)
      3. atomic mass       (lower right corner,  36 font Times New Roman)
      4. name      (lower left corner, 44 font Times New Roman)
    3. figure out how to know the number of protons, nuetrons, electrons an element has by looking at a periodic table
      (hint: http://education.jlab.org/qa/pen_number.html
scroll to the bottom where it says "In Summary" ).  Write down how many of each your element has on the right-hand margin of your paper.
